Azumah Nelson VIP Boxing Night To Air On GOtv

At a time when Ghana hasn’t had a boxing champion in a long time the VIP Boxing fight nights gives the pugilist sport a jab in arm. In the words of Professor Azumah Nelson “boxing fans across Ghana get ready to be treated to a night of fine boxing at the second edition of the Azumah Nelson VIP Boxing Night.”

This boxing extravaganza will air live on GOtv from the ballroom of the Kempinski Hotel, Gold Coast City, in Accra on 29th October on SuperSport Select.

President of the Ghana Boxing Authority, Peter Zwennes in his address urged Ghanaian boxers to work hard to realise their dreams adding that the great achievement of Azumah Nelson and the likes was reached through dedication and discipline. He commended Heman Promotions and Azumah Nelson for giving boxing in Ghana a facelift with the VIP fight nights adding that soon Accra would become the destination for major international boxing in Africa.
The Headline bout for the 29th October event is the National Super Featherweight Title fight between Joshua Oluwaseum “Seunzy” Wahab and Michael “1 Bullet” Ansah. Undercards for the night include Robert Quaye versus Abraham Afful and Joseph Lamptey versus Congo Soldier amongst other exciting fights. Boxing legend Azumah Nelson reiterated his promise that by 2020 Ghana would have another world champion.

The Azumah Nelson VIP Fight Night II, comes off on 29th October, 2016 at 5pm live form the Kempinski Hotel, Gold Coast City, Accra and will be aired live SuperSport on GOtv and DStv.

No 'Shower Hour' On Big Brother Naija - Says MultiChoice

As preparations are in top gear for the second edition of social reality TV show, Big Brother Nigeria, organisers have revealed that there will be no broadcast of nude footage called ‘Shower Hour’, when the show returns on January 22, 2017. This comes to some fans as ‘decent’, following the controversies generated by that segment of the show, during the now rested continental edition, Big Brother Africa (BBA). MultiChoice is bringing back the Nigerian version of the series after 10 years. It had announced after the last edition of BBA that each African country will stage the show henceforth.
