I Was Heartbroken When ‘Thing We Do For Love Ended’ – Vincent McCauley Jr.

Ghanaian actor, Vincent McCauley has revealed that he was very ‘heartbroken’ when hit TV series ‘Things We do for Love ended abruptly over a decade ago.’ Vincent, popularly known as ‘Max’ for his role in the TV series told host of the ‘Tonight Show,’ Andrew Tandoh Adote that, he loved every minute being on the show and was disappointed when the show ended abruptly. “It broke my heart seriously because I so enjoyed being on that show, it was amazing, I loved every minute of it,”. Vincent also attempted to explain why some very good local TV series end prematurely. He argued, “Why we don’t seem to have that level of longevity, I don’t know. Nomination opens For 2017 WatsUp TV Africa Music Video Awards

E.L Performs For Studio 189 At New York Fashion Week

After hitting the first show off his E.L Live Tour in Minnesota, rapper E.L flew over to New York for the city’s Fashion Week. The Best African Rapper (B.A.R) thrilled some super models in the middle of the presentation. Studio 189 surprised attendees with a full-blown concert, which got everybody dancing to the rhythm of E.L’s Afrobeat music. Even Dawson joined in, busting some moves with Paula Abdul. The models then featured the line by standing in groups, while talking and dancing with one another. The participants included people of all ages, ethnicities and colors. ”It’s all about inclusiveness”, Erwiah said at the beginning of the event.

Wiyaala To Perform At The London African Music Festival Launch Party

Following her highly successful UK tour with all girl group GRRRL, Wiyaala resumes her own shows on Sunday 17th September when she will headline the 15th London African Music Festival launch party at Rich Mix in Bethnal Green Road, London. The gifted singer/songwriter is expected to perform an acoustic set followed by a rocking African fusion show featuring her new guitarist, the equally talented Anglo-Egyptian, Haythem Mohammed, who is well known in the North of England for his ability to create a whole live band sound from his acoustic guitar. Over the years since its maiden edition, the MTN Hitmaker has been one of the most consistent and rewarding music reality tv shows which has produced amazing talent making giant strides in the Ghanaian music industry; Kurlsongs, Kidi, Kwame Eugene, koo Ntakra are among the few who joined the Hitmaker train and are doing exceptionally well in the industry.
