THE ALL NEW ZONE THREE 6 : A REFRESHING MUSICAL AND LIFESTYLE EXPERIENCE

In a somewhat surprising and unprecedented move, leading campus and entertainment TV brand, Zone Three 6.

Fountain House Ghana will be launching Zone Three 6 , a full-fledged 24-hour music, entertainment and lifestyle channel that users can access on the Web or via the company’s mobile apps and on a digital bouquet yet to be disclosed.

The show which was has been off-air for the past few months has undergone a total rebrand and will be relaunched with a full-scale website, the new Brand’s manager confirmed.

Coming up as one of the most syndicated shows in the country at the moment, the show is set to premier on 6 local television stations, not just as a show but also to create the buzz for the launch of the Channel set for later this year.

The brand is relaunching with a new logo which highlights the new direction of the brand. The logo which has just being released to the general public via social media platforms embodies the spirit and essence of an all-inclusive entertainment brand.
Kwame A.A Opoku, Brands Manager at the all new Zone Three 6, mentioned that the brand had repackaged as a way to tackle the “paradox of choice,” where consumers are overwhelmed by too many media options.

He says that young people of the millennial generation who have never a known a world without the Internet missed the heyday of music video and lifestyle channels.

“Zone  Three 6 isn’t backing out of its existing model here; this is an upgrade service that the company clearly believes is worth a shot as a new revenue stream and a way of bringing quality entertainment content to the continent” Quabena Kevin, C.O.O of the Brand added.

 The brand has recently introduced social media teasers as a precursor to the launch of the new Brand Identity for Zone Three 6. The activation #FindZ made it into digital trends barely 24 hours after it was launched.

The website is set to be launched on Friday the 29th of July, 2016 after which, communication will break of the time slots and channels where the all new Zone Three 6 will be placed.

No 'Shower Hour' On Big Brother Naija - Says MultiChoice

As preparations are in top gear for the second edition of social reality TV show, Big Brother Nigeria, organisers have revealed that there will be no broadcast of nude footage called ‘Shower Hour’, when the show returns on January 22, 2017. This comes to some fans as ‘decent’, following the controversies generated by that segment of the show, during the now rested continental edition, Big Brother Africa (BBA). MultiChoice is bringing back the Nigerian version of the series after 10 years. It had announced after the last edition of BBA that each African country will stage the show henceforth.
