KMJ TO HOST INTERNATIONAL YOUTH EMPOWERMENT SUMMIT

The iYES Foundation in Collaboration With The National Youth Authority presents the most anticipated Youth Summit on the events calendar in Ghana.

The International Youth Empowerment Summit (iYES) is scheduled to happen on 21st to 23rd August 2019 at the National Theatre in Accra, with morning and evening sessions starting at 8:30 am and 5:30 pm daily.

As the date for the event is fast approaching, organizers have settled on Ghana’s finest and talented television and radio host from the Multimedia Group, KMJ, as official host for iYES  2019.

 At the time of going to press, KMJ mentioned that as a youth, he appreciates this awesome opportunity to impact his audience as host for this life changing Summit.  Popularly known as Kpekpo Maxwell Justice, KMJ, is poised at delivering his best to support the initiative and be an exemplary budding youth in the broadcasting industry.

With over eight years of practicing as a television and radio host, KMJ promises to host iYES with top notch professionalism as he shares the platform with seasoned and honorable personalities.

The International Youth Empowerment Summit seeks to empower and equip youths on a cross section of relevant topics from seasoned ministers of God, Entrepreneurs and professionals who have over the years influenced and impacted lives.
 
The year 2019 marks the 5th anniversary of the International Youth Empowerment Summit (IYES) which is expected to converge youths across the globe under one venue and under the leadership of Brian Amoateng, President of Brian Jones Outreach Ministries, headquartered in London.



Speakers and facilitators who have been carefully selected  for the summit are as follows; Archbishop Duncan Wlliams, Rev. Eastwood Anaba, Daniel Amoateng, Samson Amoaten, Bola Ray and Emmanuel Agyei. The other  facilitators include Kofi Abban, John A Kumah,Zanetor Rawlings, Ama Frimpoma Dwumah, Chioma Akpotha with special guest of honour , her Excellency Hajia, Samira Bawumia  (2nd Lady of the Republic of Ghana).

The 5th anniversary of iYES is planned to accelerate and position youths to take action in their immediate environments as they are impacted to be agents of positive change.

No 'Shower Hour' On Big Brother Naija - Says MultiChoice

As preparations are in top gear for the second edition of social reality TV show, Big Brother Nigeria, organisers have revealed that there will be no broadcast of nude footage called ‘Shower Hour’, when the show returns on January 22, 2017. This comes to some fans as ‘decent’, following the controversies generated by that segment of the show, during the now rested continental edition, Big Brother Africa (BBA). MultiChoice is bringing back the Nigerian version of the series after 10 years. It had announced after the last edition of BBA that each African country will stage the show henceforth. Renamed Big Brother Naija, the show will have 12 housemates who will compete for the prize of N25 million and a brand new KIA Sorento car. Sponsored by PayPorte, the program will run for 78 days, starting 22 January 2017 with a two-hour, live, televised launch and end on 9 April 2017 with a two-hour, live, televised finale.
