STONEBWOY BURNITON TOUCHES FEMALE RAPPER ENO ON NEW MIX

Female artistes in the country seem to be picking their game up this year as Ghana’s best female rapper Ruth Nyame popularly called Eno is set to release her “Yaa Asantewaa” album this year.

She released her first single “Touch the Body” which featured Stonebwoy Burniton today and got very good media support. Signed to Record Masters with the jazz bird Sandra Huson, Eno is very optimistic a lady could pick the ultimate award this year for the GMAs.

She mentioned Hiplife got alot of support, Highlife did and eventually Dance Hall. She was however impressed with the media support for female artistes so far. She however encouraged other female artistes to lift their game in the male dominated industry as success won’t come on a silver platter.

Eno also mentioned in a separate interview that she will release the first female rap album entitle “Yaa Asantewaa” this year. The choice of title is obvious as she has been the only long standing female rapper in the game.

She pledged this year will however be different as she intend to release very good videos and music accordingly.

No 'Shower Hour' On Big Brother Naija - Says MultiChoice

As preparations are in top gear for the second edition of social reality TV show, Big Brother Nigeria, organisers have revealed that there will be no broadcast of nude footage called ‘Shower Hour’, when the show returns on January 22, 2017. This comes to some fans as ‘decent’, following the controversies generated by that segment of the show, during the now rested continental edition, Big Brother Africa (BBA). MultiChoice is bringing back the Nigerian version of the series after 10 years. It had announced after the last edition of BBA that each African country will stage the show henceforth. Renamed Big Brother Naija, the show will have 12 housemates who will compete for the prize of N25 million and a brand new KIA Sorento car.
