Kalybos And Majid Michel In Trouble Over “Amakye & Dede” Movie Title

Information reaching us indicates that, Ghanaian music legend, Amakye Dede is not happy about a new movie currently been produced by  Kofas Media, producers of “Adventures of Kalybos”. 

The movie title "Amakye and Dede" is a dracomic movie which tells the story of two friends Amakye and dede played by Majid Micheal and Kaliybos. 

It's an all star project which features actors such as Ahunfe Patri, John Dumelo, Emilia Brobey, Kofi Ajololo and many more. It's on set production ended on Wednesday February 24th at a Resident in Trasaco in Accra Ghana.

The musician Amakye Dede is said to be complaining over the use of his name for the movie “Amakye & Dede”.

According to the source, neither the two actors nor the producers of the movie have approached the musician to officially inform him about his name been used as the movie title. 

Same source disclose that Amakye Dede is thinking of taking actions against them but did not state if it was going to be a court case.

Efforts to reach Amakye Dede on the issue have proved futile as calls made to him were not going through as at press time.
