The Incredible Untold Story Behind The Utopia Film

We already know that August 27th, 2016 is the date for the grand premier of the movie, we understand how everyone is talking about it. 

However before you all go to enjoy what is likely to be the best movie of the year, it will excite you to know the incredible things that happened on set.

Utopia film directed by Kobi Rana was shot in the environs of Joma, Newtown, Osu and Trassaco estates.

When Alphonse Menyo one of the lead actors was asked to describe one of his fondest time on set he said:

“Being on set was really fun and  required a lot of handwork , A memorable experience was a dream scene when I was burnt alive.

I also enjoyed a river scene which was shot at night, the environment was beautiful with lights spotted on the mountain, the place was quiet.

You will love to own a place around there just for weekend hangouts”.



Utopia film with emphasis on street hustling, brotherhood and challenges of Manhood will definitely wow you, each of the cast did a fantastic job in bringing their character alive.

The movie production is not void of challenges , but with the help of dedicated crew, a suitable location was found to match the exact one needed.

Tickets are selling at Silverbird Cinemas for GHs 30.00. The film premier starts  by 6.30 PM and 8.30 PM respectively.
