2016 Ghana Tertiary Awards Set To Release List Of Nominees On August 19

This year’s Biggest Students Festival, the Ghana Tertiary Awards 2016 promises to be very exciting as the organizers (Youth Web Group) are set to release first batch of nominees  on  Tuesday the 16th of August 2016 at 4pm.

The Selection Committee who sat from the 1st of August to the 8th of August will officially hand over the official list of all nominees to the Organizers of the Awards on The 15th of August 2016 for the first batch to be announced on Tuesday.

Youth Web Group again explained that releasing a portion of the nominees is very strategic and also to serve a section of the over 315, 000 Ghanaian students all over the country who cannot be present at the Airport West Hotel in Accra on the 19th Of August 2016 to witness the Official Release of nominees for the Third Edition of the Ghana Tertiary Awards 2016.

The Ghana Tertiary Awards Organizers (Youth Web Group) also added that they have in agreement with their Headline Sponsor Indomie Ghana decided to change the Award Plaque of the Scheme since a similar one was used at the CUC awards.

The C.E.O of Youth Web Group, Mr. Richmond Amofa – Sarpong added that “the new award plaque was designed uniquely to showcase the inventiveness of the Ghanaian Students and also to correct the wrong notion and misconception about Ghana’s Tertiary Education”.
The new Award Plaque will be shown to the students and the media and also finally on the 19th of August, 2016 during the Nominees announcement at the Airport West Hotel.

Finally the Organizers of the Ghana Tertiary Awards are set to also announce the MCs for the main night of the Awards on Friday during the Final Nominees announcement and showcase them officially to the students and the media present.

There will be alot of performances but however the list of categories to be announced has not been disclosed therefore all who picked forms are advised to stay glued to their television sets on Tuesday as well as get ready for the Big Night at the Airport West Hotel on Friday 19th August, 2016, 7pm.
