SINGER NANA YAA LIVE IN CONCERT ON MARCH 5

The ‘E go be’ hit maker who has being nominated for the 2016 edition of Ghana Music Awards for best Female vocalist of the year, Nana Yaa known in real life as Nana Yaa Thomas will host a Pre-independence day concert dubbed: ‘Nana Yaa Live In Concert – Reloaded edition’ on 5th March 2016 at +233 Jazz & Grill Bar. 

This concert is very special to the queen of hi-life in Ghana because aside treating all her fans that first missed the first concert in Jan this year, it is a special way for her to wish the motherland Ghana a happy ‘Birthday’ (Independence Day) come the 5th of March. 

Nana Yaa on the 5th of March at the +233 Jazz & Grill Bar will celebrate the motherland with some indigenous Hi-life music with a blend of Jazz, Afrobeats and soul music.  

To the fans She wants to see every one there because it is a way of saying a big thank you for supporting her launch a successful comeback. 

Nana Yaa also hinted that this month she and her team have agreed to release two new singles for fans to enjoy. She explained the reason as; ‘I was suppose to have released one song in February but I could not because of circumstances that my fans will understand when I drop the new songs soon hence to appreciate the patience of the fans we decided to drop two new singles in March’. 

Hinting on the title of the songs, Nana Yaa mentioned only one ‘Handkerchief’ that she said features another dancehall artist in Ghana but for the other song she wants fans to wait for it. 


Looks like the month of March is a good one for fans of Nana Yaa; she is hosting a reloaded concert as the fans requested and also dropping two singles for them.

This independence weekend join the queen of Hi-life whose music has soul as she treats us to some good music to help us relax.

2016 Ghana Movie Awards Entry Closes October 20

This follows MAG's new strategy to open entry all year round immediately after hosting the awards in December. PEACE HYDE WINS BIG! FIRST GHANAIAN AWARDED AS AFRICAN BROADCASTER OF THE YEAR
