Best Western Premier Accra Airport Hotel, a four star Hotel located at 17 White Avenue, Airport, is pleased to announce the opening of it second restaurant, Mma Zara African Restaurant.

A stunning intimate 40 seat restaurant, Mma Zara African Restaurant will present special Ghanaian and some West African culinary experience, paired with an exclusive drinks menu made up of some of the best local beverages, wine, spirits and champagne.

As one of Accra’s few fine dining African restaurants, Mma Zara African Restaurant’s a la carte and buffet menus for lunch and dinner will showcase the artful and delectable cuisine of Chef Benjamin Asiedu, an innovative and dynamic chef with over 15-years of experience in Africa having been a diplomatic chef before.

At Best Western Premier Hotel, most of our guest are international business travelers and holiday makers whose quest is for convenience, high quality service and to have a feel of the indigenous, ever colourful and vibrant Ghanaian and African Culture which includes our various foods.


We are thrilled to launch our Mma Zara African Restaurant which will allow purveyors of African dishes to enjoy our authentic cuisines where we utilize fresh local ingredients to delight taste buds.

Our Restaurant’s extensive menu will feature Ghanaian foods such as Mma Zara Special Waakye, Green Soup with Fufu, Jollof and Fried Guinea Fowl, Kelewele with Peanuts as well as some West African Foods such Acheke with braised red snapper, Akpan with Akobou Soup, Couscous with Tiang sauce among other mouth-watering dishes. 

The restaurant will also serve as part of its drinks menu, Pito Beer, Palm Wine and other Northern Ghanaian favourite alcoholics beverages.

Desserts include a Tiger nut pudding, Coconut cake, fruit plater among others.

Mma Zara African Restaurant’s official launch party will be in March 15, 2016 and in attendance will be exclusive guests, the media, celebrities, cultural and business industry influencers and Hotel Guests.
