Peace Hyde Wins Special Recognition Award For Aim Higher Africa At Women4Africa Awards UK

The 5th Annual Women4Africa Awards took place in the prestigious Kensington town hall in  London bringing together the biggest congregation of exceptional African Women from all over the continent in a night to celebrate and honour their amazing feats.

The awards which over the years has recognised women who have impacted their communities through their business and social enterprises this year selected Forbes Africa and Forbes Woman Africa correspondent, Peace Hyde to receive the special judges recognition award for her education consultancy and not for profit, Aim Higher Africa.

From humble beginnings, Aim Higher Africa has grown from the streets of Accra to touching the lives of thousands of street children and youths across Africa. So far the charity has created over 300 small businesses for the youth and has reached over 2 million young students with its Ignite program which provides young entrepreneurs with the toolkit to create successful businesses.

This is what the Founder and CEO of Aim Higher Africa after recently winning the Young CEO Global Leader Award in 2015, Peace Hyde had to say on her Instagram (@peac_hy):

"God wants us to make progress. Begin to dream on purpose. Habakkuk tell us to write down the vision and write it down so plainly that anyone who passes by can see it. So 2 years ago in my classroom in London, I wrote some things down on paper and trusted God to do it in my life. I am filled with hope and praise Him for allowing me to find my journey to be a person of purpose. Study the promises of God and tell Him that you are expecting to see them come to pass in your life.

I have declared everyday that "I have a vision of God's good plan for my life". I would like to say a special thank you to Him for bringing me this far and also a very big thank you to Women4Africa for this amazing recognition. I am extremely humbled. Thank you".
