The Chief Executive Officer of the Megalectrics, parent company of Beat 99.9FM in Lagos, Classic FM and Naija FM all in Nigeria has hailed the collaboration with Empire Entertainment in the promotion of the ‘Tigo Ghana meets Naija’.
Mr. Chris Ubosi in an interview with AJ Sarpong said collaborating with Empire Entertainment as media partners for the event scheduled for the Conference Centre on Saturday May 21, has been hugely successful.
“Ghana and Nigeria have always been strong partners and Empire and MegaLectrics are prominent players in the media in the respective countries so it is a natural union…the experience has been wonderful and a lot of the artistes came to advertise it [the event] so it has been good.”
According to Mr. Ubosi the collaboration between the two companies would pave the way for the inaugural Nigeria meets Ghana in Nigeria.
“We are going to do something in London…so we are in collaboration with the Carnival organizing Committee and so we have a big stand there as well as we are going to do Nigeria meets Ghana.”
In its 6th edition, 'Tigo Ghana Meets Naija' has become the most anticipated event on the Ghanaian entertainment calendar.
'Tigo Ghana Meets Naija' is powered by Empire Entertainment and sponsored by Tigo Music.
