Airtel Has Launched FLEX – Ghana’s Biggest, Most Rewarding & Best Value For Your Money Data Bundle At A Plush Event

Airtel, Ghana’s best Data and Internet Service Provider has launched FLEX – the biggest and most rewarding data bundle to offer customers free access to Social Media Entertainment and Guaranteed Cash Back anytime customers purchase the bundle.

FLEX offers customers free access to social media platforms such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Hangout, Google Plus, Google Play, YouTube among others. Customers also enjoy free access to Gmail and a guaranteed 10% cash back for every cedi they spend on FLEX bundles.

Speaking at the launch of this breakthrough innovation, Rosy Fynn, Airtel Ghana’s Director for Marketing said “Today, we are making history, we are re-writing the rules to give our customers the biggest, most rewarding and best value for money data bundles for all their social media and entertainment needs.

FLEX is an innovation that will transform the way Ghanaians engage with social media, the way they stream videos on sites such as YouTube and platforms such as Whatsapp.

Imagine enjoying Facebook, Whatsapp, YouTube, Hangout, Gmail as well as unimaginable access to all your movies, soaps and television series anytime, anywhere free of all charges just by purchasing a data bundle for as low as GHC 1. Imagine also that for every cedi you spend, Airtel gives you back 10% in cash via your Airtel Mobile Money wallet – so for instance if a customer purchases a monthly premium bundle of GHC 35, they get GHC 3.5 cash back in addition to the over 5GB data they receive – put all these amazing offers together and you have arguably the most innovative and best value for money data bundle not only in Ghana but across Africa”.

She continued “Airtel has consistently led in data and digital innovation providing unmatched product and services to delight our customers. We were the first to introduce free Facebook with access to more than 40 zero-rated sites. We transformed the way customers purchase airtime and data bundles through the introduction of “bundles on Facebook” and provided the convenience of topping up via customers’ Airtel Money wallet. Consistent with our leadership in this space, we are introducing FLEX to give customers the freedom to enjoy all their favourite social media and entertainment sites such YouTube for free with every FLEX bundle they purchase.

Customers have the flexibility to choose between daily, weekly or monthly bundles by simply dialing *125# and choosing FLEX from the menu to enjoy these amazing offers. Indeed there’s nothing as rewarding as FLEX out there and there’s no better time to become an Airtel customer than now”. She concluded.

FLEX is clearly differentiated from other offers on the market because it gives customers access to entertainment and streaming sites such as YouTube in addition to Facebook, Whatsapp, Hangout, Gmail etc.

This latest innovation is set to attract thousands of young people who want the flexibility and better value for money that FLEX offers in addition to the fact that customers get cash back for every data bundle purchased. The product is for Social Media enthusiasts, the movie lovers, the streamers and all Ghanaians who are looking for superior internet experience with the best value preposition.

Airtel is Ghana’s fastest growing telecommunication network offering consummate telecommunication and lifestyle services to customers.

The Smartphone network was recently adjudged the best Data and Internet Service Provider in Ghana, beating all other operators, at the Ghana ICT and Telecoms Awards.
