Speaking to Kati G. And Kekeli Hogba, the organizers, they stated "Yellow October Events and VoiceAds are on a mission to help upcoming entrepreneurs in the baking industry progress in their business by giving them the platform of exposure to the public".
Join the fun! If you think you can guess the venue correctly, go to their media handles (Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter: #thecakefair) and list as many words you can possibly find!  Stand the chance of winning delicious assorted desserts.  Winners and the unveiling of the venue will be announced on the 1st of November.
