Today is the birthday of one of Ghana’s most passionate Ghanaian actress, writer, producer and CEO of Box Pictures, amongst her craft – ZYNNELL LYDIA ZUH.
Today, she is adding another year to her already burgeoning years. Her works have peached her amongst some the fantastic acts that Ghana can boast of.
She has featured in many Nigeria and Ghanaian movies including: ‘Seduction’, ‘Singles Six’, ‘Adam’s Apple’, ‘Scam’, ‘Love Regardless’, ‘When Love Comes Around’, ‘Cheater’s Vacation’, ‘The Battle’, ‘Life And Living It’, ‘Desperations’, ‘Shampaign’, etc.
Aside acting, she debuted as a Producer with the well acclaimed movie, ‘When Love Comes Around’, which she co-wrote and starred alongside Jim Iyke, Eku Edewor and Pierre Makena.
Her second movie ‘Love Regardless’ is currently running on Iroko TV and according to movie enthusiasts, it has been tagged as, “…the highest rated movie in the first few weeks of release.”
Her third self-produced movie, ‘Anniversary’ won her the Best Actress in a Drama and Best Story Drama at the 2016 Golden Awards.
Born to Ghanaian parents, in Accra, Ghana, the damsel attended Wesley Girls high school Accra, before she acquired a Bachelors of Arts degree in Geography and Information Studies from the University of Ghana Legon.
Zynnell Zuh is an ambassador for the United Against Child Poverty Campaign by the African Rights Initiative International to help eradicate child poverty in Africa and also a Patron of Inspire Africa NGO.Today, she is adding another year to her already burgeoning years.
