YFM’s Brown Berry Bags Two Nominations At 2018 RTP Awards

Celebrated radio and TV host, Brown Berry of YFM and Zeex Music TV respectively, has once again bagged nominations for this year’s edition of the RTP Awards.

He has again been nominated for” TV Entertainment Show of the Year” and” TV Male Entertainment Show Host of the Year”. He was in these same categories as last year’s edition (the 7th) with his TV show, iSocial TV. 

This time around, he’s poised to take home all the awards he’s been nominated for courtesy of his Zeex Music TV show, by fending off competition from fellow radio mates Official Kwame, veteran Abeiku Santana and EIB’s Giovanni Caleb.

The launch of the award program on August 3rd started the count down to the big day set for 6th October, 2018. We look forward to seeing Brown Berry honored as part of the other amazing and talented radio and TV personalities.

RTP Awards:

The Radio and Television Personality Awards recognizes outstanding media personalities whose work show exemplary leadership towards building a vision and a future for Ghana’s media platform. The RTP Awards is the biggest, most prestigious and highly advertised event in Ghana with the focus to honour excellence in the media industry.

The programme attracts the largest gathering of media personalities in the country.

The RTP Awards is exclusively designed to bring together all personalities in the radio and television industry across the ten (10) regions of Ghana, thereby creating the largest ever media platform for promoting any product or brand.

This annual award, apart from offering marketing opportunity for individuals, firms and corporate institutions to sell their brands, also drives the media to strive towards excellence in their total output.

2016 Ghana Movie Awards Entry Closes October 20

The 2016 Ghana Movie Awards (MAG) has announced that entry for submission of works will close on October  20. This follows MAG's new strategy to open entry all year round immediately after hosting the awards in December. The Ghana Movie Awards is an event to recognize excellence by annually honoring achievements of actors, writers, directors, producers, technicians and other professionals in the film making industry of Ghana and the rest of Africa. PEACE HYDE WINS BIG! FIRST GHANAIAN AWARDED AS AFRICAN BROADCASTER OF THE YEAR
