Halita Season 2 Premieres This April On GOtv

The second season of the captivating drama series, Halita, premieres on Monday, 13 April on GOtv and will air every weeknight at 7:30pm WAT on Africa Magic Family (channel 2), available on GOtv Max and GOtv Jolli packages.

After a gripping first season, GOtv viewers can look forward to the return of this northern Nigeria drama that tells the story of a young woman, Halita, forced to flee her village and a less than noble suitor, only to face the intrigue and drama of a new life in the city with a powerful family!

Season two unveils the aftermath of Halita and Bobby’s tragic accident. Dabot seeks an explanation from Rebecca about what happened to the Zamani family as a young man takes a daring step for the woman he loves. GOtv viewers are guaranteed an entertaining and thought-provoking season as they follow Halita’s journey of love, intrigue and passion.

The 2016 Ghana Movie Awards (MAG) has announced that entry for submission of works will close on October 20. This follows MAG's new strategy to open entry all year round immediately after hosting the awards in December.
