Carol Ofori Bids Farewell To East Coast Radio

Seasoned voice over artist, radio and TV personality, Carol Ofori, bids farewell to East Coast Radio after 5 years with the station. Carol Ofori’s last show will be on Saturday, 13 April 2019 where she’ll be counting down the biggest songs in the country on the Top 40 chart show.

Carol Ofori will forever cherish the station as being a home she was at during some of her significant life stages.

“I joined the station as Carol Ralefeta and leave as Carol Ofori. I became a wife, a mom and a whole rounded woman with this amazing brand. To the entire team at East Coast Radio, thank you so much for your love, welcoming spirits and friendships that I formed. I’m going to miss you all,” expresses Carol Ofori.

Carol Ofori’s announcement of her departure from East Coast Radio comes off the back of receiving her first Liberty Radio Awards for her East Coast Radio Top 40 chart show in the category Best Weekend Radio Show.

2016 Ghana Movie Awards Entry Closes October 20

The 2016 Ghana Movie Awards (MAG) has announced that entry for submission of works will close on October 20. This follows MAG's new strategy to open entry all year round immediately after hosting the awards in December.
