Nkomo App Launched In Accra

A new communication app developed by a Ghanaian company was unveiled during a recent ceremony in Accra.

Hosted by Citi TV’s Dziffa Ametam at the Holiday Inn Hotel, it saw Mr. Jonathan Lamptey, the Chief Executive Officer of Comsys Ghana Limited speak about the benefits of ‘NkomoTalk’ app to users.

“The app doesn’t require a change of home number to make or receive calls when users travel around the world. Also, users can send SMS to phone users globally,” shared Mr. Lamptey.

“Free phone calls, instant messaging, video calls and sharing of documents, voice messages, files and photos options are also available when users join the growing numbers of persons signed onto the app.”

He encouraged the use of the app to connect with friends, family and business partners in real time via a free and secure connection through group chats, video and voice conferences in real time.

Users are guaranteed secure and private conversations because of the app’s built-in end-to-end encryption.

Other executives of the company touted the high-quality audio and video calls, instant messaging, conference and group chats the app offers users.

It is available for download on Google Play and App stores.

‘NkomoTalk’ app is powered by Comsys Ghana Limited, a fully owned Ghanaian Telecom and ICT Solution company and the best ICT Company in Ghana winner at the 2017 Ghana Telecom and Technology awards.

The company has been adjudged the best Enterprise Solutions provider in Ghana for seven consecutive years, and best Internet Service Provider in three years.
