YFM Revamps 3-Day Weekend

YFM, Ghana’s number one urban station, has revamped it highly patronized 3-Day Weekend to spice up its weekend radio content.

The revamped 3-Day Weekend massive lineup on YFM which was officially launched at the Airport Shell in Accra on Friday November 2, is expected to put the cherished listeners of station in the party mood every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

According to Eddy Blay, Programs Manager at YFM, there are a host of exciting programs that will blow the minds of our listeners during the weekend.

“The revamped 3-day weekend has been tailor-made to suite the young and young at heart, taking into consideration their desires to party the weekend away with great music. It kick starts with an awesome blend of programs from Friday through to Sunday,” he stated.

The 3-Day Weekend on YFM starts every Friday with What the Friday (WTF) with Blaqueboy and DJ Snoop from 6am-9am; Weekend Rush: the Master Blast with Brown Berry and Mz Orstin from 9am to 12pm; The 360 with Rev. Erskine and A.D. DJ from 12pm-3pm; Finish line with Benny Blanco and Eddy Blay from 3pm to 6pm  ; Overdryve with French Kiss from 6pm to 8pm and Fryday Nyte Myx with Killer Fingers and  Blaqueboy from 8pm to 12am.

On Saturdays the party continues with Wake and Bake with Winston from 6am to 9am; Weekend Rush: the Master Blast with Brown Berry and Mz Orstin from 9am to 12pm; Y Campus Express with Rev. Erskine  and AD DJ from 12pm to 3pm; Sky Girls with  3:00 to 3:30pm Sky Girls Agnes Ntow and the Sky Girls team; World Chart Show from 3:30pm to 5pm; Mashup with Eddy Blay from 5pm to 8pm and Party Pressure from 8pm to 12am with Killer Fingers.

It ends on Sunday with programs ranging from  Inspiration from 5:30m to 6m; Lyt it Up with Trigmatic from 6am to 9pm ; Weekend Rush with Brown Berry from 9am to 12pm; Top 20 with Erskine from 12pm to 2pm; Y Rated with Johnny Stone from 2pm to 3pm; All Aboard with Mark Deforce from 6pm to 7pm; Pop Off with Winston and MsGold from 4pm to 5pm; Sports World with Yaw Ampofo from 5pm to 6pm; Pure Fyah with Lady Envy from 3pm to 4pm ; Feel Good Music with Killer Fingers from 7pm to 10pm and Lyricist Lounge with Kula from 10pm to 12am.
