GOtv Announces A New Way To Keep Viewers Informed And In Control

GOtv is always striving to make it easier for customers to receive the best service. This is why we are launching the Enhanced Decoder Notification (EDN) functionality to enhance communication with subscribers. GOtv also strives to give subscribers valuable information at their fingertip, so they can get back to being entertained.

The EDN functionality that will launch on Friday, 19th March refers to a set of icons that appear on the screen containing valuable information like how many viewing days are left before a customer’s next payment is due, the latest special offers and discounts, as well as information on new content, campaigns and upcoming celebrations.

All that customers need to do to access this information is to press “okay” then “messages” on the menu bar before using the arrow keys to scroll through the different messages.

The Enhanced Decoder Notification (EDN) functionality will be rolled out in Ghana on Friday 19th March 2021.

Telenovela Channel Eva+ Launches On GOtv And DStv In November

Eva+ will begin airing on Tuesday, 1st of November on GOtv Plus on channel 113 as well as all DStv packages on channels 142. Similarly to Eva, Eva+ will offer high production value Latin American telenovelas fully dubbed in English and Portuguese languages, and will be the first channel in AMC Networks International UK’s (AMCNI UK) regional portfolio to be available on MultiChoice’s DTT platform.
