TV3 PREMIERES NEW TELENOVALES ON TUESDAY 31 MARCH 2020

Is it certainly an exciting time for lovers of quality and thrilling television programming as Ghana’s number one television station, TV3 Network Limited, introduces two new exciting telenovales.  

The two telenovales, Naagin and Wildflower are scheduled to premiere on Tuesday 31st March 2020.  

They are both classified as high quality production with a unique subject matter, exceptional style and content.

Naagin is a forty-five minutes show premiering at 6PM and will air from Tuesdays to Fridays. 

It chronicles the story of Shivanya, daughter of a shape-shifting snake couple who sets out to avenge the murder of her parents. While on her mission, there was an interesting twist when she marries Ritik, the son of one of the murderers.

Wildflower which premieres at 8PM will air from Mondays to Thursdays. The story revolves around Lily Cruz who along with her family fall victim to the ruthless Ardiente family. Emilia Torillo, the de-facto matriarch of the Ardiente family, ordered an assassin to murder Camia Cruz and Dante Cruz, Lily's parents. Unbeknownst to Emilia, Lily survived the massacre.

Commenting on the introduction of the new telenovales, the Chief Operations Officer of Media General, Winfred Kingsley Afful revealed that “it is important as Ghana’s leading Media Company to review our content not only to educate viewers but to also entertain them. This is more important at a time when citizens as urged to stay home as the government takes various measures to contain the Covid – 19 pandemic”.

 TV3 is a subsidiary of Media General and was in 2019 the leading television station in Ghana according to the GeoPoll Ranking..

2016 Ghana Movie Awards Entry Closes October 20

The 2016 Ghana Movie Awards (MAG) has announced that entry for submission of works will close on October  20. This follows MAG's new strategy to open entry all year round immediately after hosting the awards in December. PEACE HYDE WINS BIG! FIRST GHANAIAN AWARDED AS AFRICAN BROADCASTER OF THE YEAR

Ghana’s Peace Hyde has once again put Ghana on the map by winning the African Broadcaster of the year award in the Nigerian Broadcasters Merit Awards 2016.  Peace recently made history by becoming the first Ghanaian to secure the coveted position of Forbes Africa Correspondent, a role which sees her representing the West African region for the prestigious leading business magazine.
