Medikal And Kwaw Kese Headline Odwira Street Jam

Two of Ghana’s biggest acts Medikal and Kwaw Kese will headline this year’s Officer Odwira Street jam.

Powered by Officer Bitters, the concert will be held as apart of festivities for the Odwira Festival of the chiefs and people of Akropong in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

The event, which is being held in association with the Planning Committee and My 94.5 FM, will start at 8 pm till early morning.

Organizers say patrons will have enough to drink courtesy Officer Bitters while grooving to entertainment from the works of the impressive artiste lineup.

Thousands of people are expected to attend what will be a huge night of performances from the two acts and over a dozen others.

The Odwira Festival is the main Festival of the Akropong people. It is a melting pot of rich music, art, fashion, design and food. The cultural adventure shapes expressions and opens up new possibilities. The festival celebrations are a reminder of the beauty of the Akuapem tradition.

This follows MAG's new strategy to open entry all year round immediately after hosting the awards in December.
