Berla Mundi To Host New Show, ‘The Late Afternoon Show’

GhOne TV’s Berla Mundi is ready to shift gears with a new TV show on GHOne Tv dubbed, ‘The Late Afternoon Show " . Set to premiere on Monday, 11th December, it ushers in a new era of talk show which delves into social issues, real life stories and lifestyle from the point of the young, fun and vibrant adult.

With a mixed bag of everything that is discussed among the new generation, the show tends to identify with the emotions of people whiles seeking to answer often asked questions on health, wealth, fashion, cuisine, entertainment and more.

Each episode will tackle a specific theme and topic with experts, personalities or celebrities coming in to share peculiar and outstanding stories about themselves and others in order to inspire, advice and inform viewers.

The idea is to have a show that borders on all aspects of life to cater for various age brackets depending on their mood and interest.


The Late Afternoon Show will run every Monday and Friday at 4pm on GHOne TV.

This new direction according to Berla Mundi is going to be the best you will see of her, as she steps into your afternoon with a brand new personality.

Berla began her media career some five (5) years ago as host of multiple award winning music show, Rythmz and lifestyle Show Glitterati as well as host of Touchdown on Live 91.9fm. She has so far graced many platforms and has consistently won awards for her style and works.

Her endearing nature, beautiful smile, ability to have witty but fun conversations with her guests and connect with viewers in a personal way have been her strengths and a major reason for her TV success.

No 'Shower Hour' On Big Brother Naija - Says MultiChoice

As preparations are in top gear for the second edition of social reality TV show, Big Brother Nigeria, organisers have revealed that there will be no broadcast of nude footage called ‘Shower Hour’, when the show returns on January 22, 2017. This comes to some fans as ‘decent’, following the controversies generated by that segment of the show, during the now rested continental edition, Big Brother Africa (BBA). MultiChoice is bringing back the Nigerian version of the series after 10 years. It had announced after the last edition of BBA that each African country will stage the show henceforth. Renamed Big Brother Naija, the show will have 12 housemates who will compete for the prize of N25 million and a brand new KIA Sorento car.
