ARABA SEY MENTORS YOUNG MODELS AT PENTECOST UNIVERSITY

Ghanaian sensational Top Model Araba Sey recently mentored young and aspiring models on how to make or create a solid career in modeling.

Araba Sey was invited by Gyimodels agency to mentor, interact,motivate and train the young models at Pentecost University. The models comprised of aspiring models from Pentecost University,University of Ghana and other tertiary institutions.

In an interaction with Kelvin Funkeye of CypressGhana, Araba disclosed that she honoured the invite as part of inspiring and motivating upcoming models which she has always had at heart and besides that to implement her innovative "Seyyourmind" initiative which tends to promote the modeling industry.

According to her some of the notable points of discussion she had with the young models include how to get started in the field of modeling, handling challenges and promoting your brand, she said " I then gave them a general advice,key points,direction,answers to their questions and motivation with their modeling career to sum up the whole discussion using my experience as a case study" she added.

She also indicated that in the coming weeks she will be visiting a couple of modeling agencies she has been invited to, to carry out such mentoring discussions with young aspiring models.

Speaking on the progress of her initiative "Seyyourmind" she indicated that her team are working behind closed doors to put certain things in place to come out with something successful with a line up of activities. She urged the general public to keep encouraging and supporting the modeling industry.

This follows MAG's new strategy to open entry all year round immediately after hosting the awards in December.
