DJ Black and Jay Ghartey have teamed up on a new hot single entitled “You Do All”.  The Afro-Trap hit boasts the infectious flow of Jay Ghartey and the energetic backings of DJ Black. An interesting pairing and with the result we hope the two collaborate again in the future.  The song will drop tomorrow, June 25 and will also be on the upcoming album Earthquake that DJ Black has promised to release this year. The term "you do all" is a popular term on the streets and everywhere now in Ghana and is sure to spread like wildfire with the intensity of hip hop, trap and dancehall Jay Ghartey skillfully weaves together.  His sense of rhythm and timing is difficult to match and music critics have been praising the collaboration between the two stars.

CIMG Telecommunications Company of the Year, Vodafone Ghana has distributed hampers to celebrate over 100 fathers to thank them for their contributions to the family and the nation.  The hamper, made up of male grooming pack, beverage, confectionery and many more, was given to high value customers of Vodafone who have been on the network for at least 6 months. Ghanaian dancehall diva Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda better known by her stage name MzVee has safely arrived in Los Angeles some few hours ago,ahead of this year’s BET Awards.  She was the only Ghanaian nominated this year and the first ever Ghanaian female artiste to be nominated for the BET Awards. She celebrated her birthday yesterday at a very luxurious hotel where she will be lodging for some few days before heading back to Ghana. At long last, Mugen Vision record label has dropped the official visual for "Party All Day" performed by its artiste Kofi Mante featuring vocalist, Saint. The Afrobeats track which was produced by Nakay Mix was released first week of June and has since been making airwaves. Vodafone Ghana Foundation in collaboration with Sickle Life, a sickle cell awareness group, and other partners have organised a sickle cell status check and blood donation exercise for over 150 persons to mark 'World Sickle Cell Day'.  World Sickle Cell Day is marked on June 19 to create awareness on the medical condition by providing education and information on it with the aim of empowering people to make informed decisions. Dr Sefakor Enam Bankas, Founder of Sickle Life said “Statistics has shown that one in every four Ghanaian have sickle cell traits, which gives them the ability to pass it on to their children; every year, 2% of children born in the country, constituting 15,000, have sickle cell disease”.
